When you have a problem in your apartment we send a person within 24h/12h if it is an urgent matter.

We remind you that If you find a problem in the common areas of your
building (parking, elevator, corridor...) you need to contact the
Syndic of your building (the company who manage commun areas). The name
and the details are affixed to the wall in the entrance of the building.

Recommendations of how to use various devices:
General maintenance: every
year you need to do maintenance on your boiler. All minor repairs and
replacements such as light bulbs, cleaning the taps, etc.. are at your
own cost. Big repairs such as .roof of the building, etc... are at the
owners cost.
For the heating system we recomend you to use the standards procedures in Belgium:
-Don’t turn up the heat higher than 25°.
-Moderate your heat so the setting is 12°C when you leave home.
-Open the windows when the heating is off.
-During the winter time leave your heating always at least at 10°C.
Bathroom: please clean all
residue from draing (hairs,etc…) after every use and please never
remove the screw from the chrome drain stopper the otherwise this will
cause damages (leaks and other)
Kitchen : Clean the cooker regularly, put all the necessary products in the dishwasher (salt, liquid, detergent),
Walls: please don’t make holes in the walls without the permission of Brussels Address.
Garbage: every building has a designated place to put your garbage. If
there is not you can put the garbage outside of the main door.
Depending on the municipality you live in there are designated days.
